What is vectored artwork?

Vectored artwork are graphic designs created in drawing-based software such as Adobe Illustrator. File formats include .ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf. For optimal imprinting results and design integrity, submit your fonts converted to outlines or paths (vector curves).

Vector art is preferred as it provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail.

What if I do not have vectored artwork?

We can accept Raster/Bitmap images, which are graphic designs created using pixel-based software such as Photoshop. File formats include .psd, .tif, .jpg, .bmp and .png.

For optimal imprinting results, Images should be a minimum of 600 dpi (1200 dpi preferred) at 100% imprint. CMYK (4-color process) images should be a minimum resolution of 350 dpi at 100% imprint size.

I am not sure what I have, what should I do?

Please send over the highest resolution file you have. We might be able to fix it; and if not, we can have it redrawn for an additional fee.

How can you match the colors of my logo?

If you provide the PMS imprint color, we will match it as well as possible. There could be an additional charge to match a PMS. If you do not have the PMS, we will just match it as well as we can.
